First sprut of Irisa's tooth

Noticed her whitish tooth waiting to come out some time back but then stil haven been able to feel the rough tooth cutting through the gum. Bottom 2 teeth seems so eager to come out.. And guess what, 1 of the tooth managed to cut through and I can feel the rough edge of the tooth. Now waiting for the 2nd one to come out.. Its the bottom 2 teeth first... Oh my, so cute.... Irisa finally start teething.. Once the tooth comes out, I will zoom in with the camera to take the first tooth...

I tied her hair as per norm. And when I pulled it out, her hair becomes like this..
So we took some snaps for her.. hahhahaa... suck a cute 'chick'....

Apple eating day...

Though she cant eat the apples, but she wan to have it and just lick or attempt to bite..

The other day, she scare me and great-grandma n daddy to death..

First time was she nearly choked on the apple, cos great-grandma will give her a slice after cutting it to eat.. And guess wat, she managed to bite it off.. Luckily I saw it and great-grandma managed to dig it out..

Second time was she really choked on the honeydew tt was too soft tt got bite off by her.. And really have to turn her upside down and pat her back to get it out..

Now we dun dare to give her any fruits to avoid such incidents.. scary lo...

After the trip to the playground, we do not have much activities lately, except for going to relatives places etc... Rather busy lately.. But do have a lot of guest to my place for the past 1 month so they were like treating her like a little real-life doll.. hahaha....

Her recent updates:

She will bring the phone to her ears when you say 'Hello, Irisa at home?'

She will stretch out her hands when she sees you with food

She knows how to drink from her straw cup... Finally....

She knows how to crawl very fast, walk with support very fast, and also shout out loud

She can express her wants very clearly, esp when it comes to food

She can say 'BYE BYE' with her hand gesture

She can say, 'mum mum', 'neh neh', 'ma ma' too..

She can ask you to sing twinkle twinkle by signallin the twinkle

gesture and then she will 'hum' together...

Irisa had a fun-filled day at FIdgets, first time we brough her to a children playground.. Though majority was playing with the balls, she had a great time.. Picking up, chasing after the balls.. And great-uncles & daddy & myself, kept stuffing the balls in her top.. She enjoyed. And a caucasian baby kept going to touch her cheek til she got really fed-up and start to brush her hands away shen she comes over to her, and even shouted at her.. Oh my, wat a fierce gal.. =)

Latest - Oh, did i mention now she knows how to point at things and express that she wants or don't? She can even ask for 'mum mum' when she wants to have her snacks.. She will even put up her hands as if to 'beat ppl' when we say 'ta ta'... She is learning more each day.. And i am glad tt i am home to see her grow each day..

Irisa new developments - 9 Months (Week 3)

We went to Coca - Ngee Ann City for lunch. Followed by buying her new toy... Bought her some clothes as well.. New telephoney & handphone too...

She can use the phone and 'gesture' HELLO... haaha.. And we got her a new toy - a telephone.. Will upload pics of her with it soon....
Another update - She will make gesture to 'beat' you when you scold or 'action' to beat her now.. Such a 'chilli padi' at this young age.. And she already start crawling around the house. She can stand without support, walk with support.... Oh my, gonna run after her soon enough...

Irisa at 9 Months (week 2)

Irisa had a 'biscuit-ty' day.. look at the mess she did on herself... No choice haf to give her some biscuits cos she keeps crying for attention while i was busy preparing stuffs in the kitchen.. such a attention-seeker girl!!

Nov Gathering - Feb Mum from Singaporemotherhood Forum

Had a wonderful day, gathering and bonding with Irisa's fellow friends from SMH... They are all born late Jan or Feb this year.. Sad to say, majority already having a 'toothy grin', except for my dear Irisa.. When is your Mac Treat coming, if you dont have a tooth coming out soon... =)

Irisa New Developments

Some updates of Irisa: (9 months old)
No signs of teething yet
Can call ma ma, ah ma, daddy, papa, jiejie, yeah, hurray (hear her 'rray' clearer)
can say 'mum mum' when she wan to eat. shout at us when she sees us eatin at dining table
now she is learnin the same gesture as how i always 'shoot' her cheeks when she anyhow put things in her mouth
pretend to pout and cry.. (eyes really becomes teary)
can clap, twinkle twinkle..
can make 'haha', 'heehee' and fake smile aldy
in total, gettin more adorable but very noti.. but yet makes u angry and yet funny at her little actions and gesture

Went to Taka the following weekend to get some clothes for daddy & irisa.. End up getting a caterpillar for new toy!! Irisa want to have the caterpillar over balls, little doll etc.. wonder if its the colourful mix of colours tt makes her choose it.. After tt, went to Coffee Club for late dinner.. Irisa only had her own BB biscuits and apple puree.... Nothing yummy and special to mum mum..

We went to Canton-I at ION Orchard for dimsum on Oct 25 to celebrate grandma's bday..

After tat, went for a short walk to get bday cake, grandma house then went for dinner again.. tt day, irisa had a lot.. Chee Cheong Fun, Egg tarts, Hor Fun, Hotplate Tofu etc.... =) yummy day...

Another outing!! Jap food and Dim Sum High Tea

Brought Irisa to Wheelock for Jap Food at Sun with Moon on friday nite, Went to Dim Sum High Tea on Sat afternoon.. Food-fulling weekend for her again.. But was tiring... Had a wonderful time spent.. Daddy going to Belgium again for his quarterly training.. Gonna miss him...

Irisa has grown so much older and sensible.. So cute that everyone cant stand her little actions. Now she can do the 'shang nao qing' and 'scare scare' (with her hands gently hitting her chest) to tell us... so adorable.... Cant wait for the day she can walk and say Mummy, Daddy..

Irisa is 8months old

My dear gal has grow up again... Oh my, times flies..

Stil have not teeth ya, but everyday keep 'yayayaya'.... as if acknowledging wat we are saying like tt.. Just fed Irisa with Avocado, steamed apples and she loves it..

Esp when she eats the avocado from the fridge, she looks as if she is eating ice cream.. so cute.Now that she is older, she has sarted to be more expressive.. and also daring..

Sometimes she jus wan to stand on her own and release her grip on the cot's grill or her Play Yard's grill.. Oh, she gt a new home like 3 weeks back.. I

ntially she was so scare.. But now, its her HOME!!A

nother good news, mummy have resigned to take care of Irisa full time... Gonna teach her more stuff.. In future will have more time to update her developments...

Looking forward to Friday's Sun with Moon with Irisa.. I am gonna haf my fav Jap food with my lovely gal n darling hubby...

Updates on Irisa for the past few weeks:

Irisa has been replacing 2 meals of milk to porridge, have porridge with ikan billis soup stock n different veg each day... With steamed fish to go with it too..
Irisa had BB yougurt, steamed apples, bananas, grapes..

Irisa learnt to crawl already, first successful crawl was 1 of the evening few days back.

Irisa learnt to stand with her support on her cot, play yard.. clever girl

Irisa can do 'twinkle twinkle' when we sings Twinkle Twinkle Little Stars at times, does it when she want to as well..

Irisa can do 'clap clap' when we sings If You Are Happy and You Know it... sometimes she will just clap her hands while watchin tv, or when she is playing by herself..

Irisa can say DADDY, sounds like Da~~di... so cute.. Most of the times, its DADDY... Mummy - so far i only heard it loud n clear 2 times!!!! Everytime call me 'AH MMM' sound alike =(
Irisa will be 8 months old in another 2 days times.. Time really flies.. And I have decided to be a full time Mummy and Wifey to both Irisa and Daddy.. Looking forward to that day... So far, we brought Irisa to a lot of places, makan, shopping etc.. Irisa simply loves to go out..
