Irisa got a new walker

Today we boought a walker for Irisa since she already can support her head steadily... But of cos, cannot sit very stable on her own yet... Poor Irisa got a fright in her walker.. Cos Daddy & Mummy too enthusiastic with her piano on the walker.. It can play music n mimic animals sound, frog, dog, cat, bird... She was too overwhelm by the sound n burst out crying.. After that, we tried again, this time playing any music or sound n she seems to enjoy a bit.. But my dear girl really very 'tamm chiak'.. She keep trying to bite or lick the colourful buttons... And she just keep trying n trying.. Until she got frustrated n give out screams of frustrations..

Til now, she still not very used to sitting in her walker.. Need someone by her side to accompany her, if not she will start wailing again...

Irisa knows how to grab her toys now.. She is getting better at it. I think sooner, she will learn how to grab my necklace, hair & watever we are taking near to her. Last friday, grandma called me on my Hp when I was at work. In the background, I could hear Irisa's voice screaming for attention.. It was a mixture of scream n talking = squeals... When passed the phone to her for the first time, of cos I tried to talk to her, she kept silent. But for the next 2 times, she really did respond and coo & squeal to me. She seems to be so different from other babies. Just so smart... So we tried again when I reached home, using the cordless phone intercom and same thing, she responded by coo-ing and with lots of squeals.. cutie gal..

Over the weekend, Grandpa came to visit as he haven got a chance to see dear irisa... Irisa stil haven warm up with him but still talks excitedly when grandpa talk to her..

Today Daddy took a lot of photos of Irisa. She seems to be so excited and just keep laughing and making different poses for daddy. I guess today Daddy wants to be camera man... And after Irisa's bath, she just started talking out of a sudden.. (initally was daddy & mumy talking and she just wan to join in though she is drinking milk) Once she finished her milk, she jus talked non-stop... SUch a sweet and gute gal.. Seems like telling me wat she haf been doing for the day...

Irisa seems to be learning more and more each day.. Mummy have went back to work and Irisa looks so different each day when I return to home. She seems to be learning to talk. Now she can express better. She will shout and scream (not crying lah) to get your attention and show that she want to be carried. In the above 2 videos, 1 show Irisa want to get attention to be carried and the other video, amazing... Irisa knows how to do 'pinkie finger'... It's all Daddy's credit. He keep showing and teaching Irisa to do pinkie everyday. Now she will hold up her fist and bring out her pinkie for a short while.. Isnt she cute....?

Irisa learning to talk in the above video... She is imitating Daddy acting out her name 'IRISA' and shouting 'YEAH'... Now she can talk louder and louder.. My dear gal, she is growing up liao.... Can't wait to see her do more amazing stuff...

Irisa had a 'biscuit-ful' day... I tried to let her play with the biscuit sticks and oh my, she really know how to hold and eat it. From the pictures, can't really see the biscuits cos I make it just nice for the length for her to suck and lick as don't want her to accidentally poke herself... She really enjoy it man.. And when I took it away, she threw tantrum as if she have not had enough of it. And again, I gave her later in the evening, she scream even louder when I took it away.. Oh, I think I will not give her any biscuit for the moment til she is 4 months old as she is too glutton already...

We have a fun time in the morning after she wake up for her feed.. I keep making "mama' and 'nehneh' to stimulate her into imitating me.. And a few tries she seems to be able to mimic what I was saying.. It was a tiring process as I have to keep repeating it. But overall, it was worth it!!!

Time to go back to work is getting nearer. Today I went to NTUC with Irisa and Grandma.. It was a short short trip but irisa really enjoyed in her 'mercedes'... She was grabbing the teat of her pacifier thru the whole marketing trip and I took a snap cos she was so adorable. As if telling me that if she is not suckin on to it, I cant take it away.. She is just so adorable.. Towards the end of the maketing trip, she made some noise and we put her pacifer in and she doze off within a while.. Such a dearie...

We had buffet hi-tea at Sheraton to celebrate Daddy's birthday and Mummy & Daddy's ROM anniversary.. That was the day Daddy & Mummy decide to unite together forever, and therefore the end results - Irisa Kaur..

Irisa had a wonderful time there, sleeping, playing with all the relatives and my cousins.. Everyone was busy fussing themselves over my niece - verlyn and her.. The waiter and waitresses were looking at both Verlyn and Irisa cos of their special and unique hairband that makes them stand out.. Hahaha.. They even thought that they were twins.. Oh my, how can that be? No resemblence and also the difference in their age... Anyway, Irisa had a fun time there with Daddy and Mummy...

Daddy went overseas last night.. Irisa seems to be aware and went to bed obediently and let Mummy spend a bit more time with Daddy.. Nowsaday, Irisa seems to be more aware of her surroundings. She has started to make more different sounds, able to hold her head longer now.. I simply cant wait for her to grow up faster...
