Irisa - 1 Yr 3 Weeks

Milestone after 1 Year Old

1) Can do the 'Gong Xi' gesture to ask for red packets

2) Can say 'BALL'

3) Can walk on her own around the house without support

(still a bit scare to walk on her own with her shoes on...)

4) Can say 'BAO' (carry in mandarin)

5) Can say 'THANK YOU' but depending on mood

6) Know how to imitate the 'washing poker cards' action

7) Know how to imitate us using the phone and start to blabber when she use her 'phone'

Over the 1 week of CNY celebrations, Irisa had fun walking around at relatives' place, doing 'GONG XI' as and when she is in the mood for it. Keep having all sorts of different New Year Goodies - Kueh Bangkit, Almond biscuits, Love letters, Bak gua...

And not forgetting those new year food that we ate, she had a lot of it too.. I guess this CNY, she sure put on weight sia.. hahahhaa =)

4th Day of CNY, brought her to Loyang Tua Pek Gong too.. She had a pic with God of Fortune... Gonna huat all thru the year...

Last Fri, brought her to 4 Fingers at Ion, tried some fries and chicken. And not forgetting the 'gasy' Pepsi.... She had a sip and cover her face after drinking.. I guess she got choke on the 'gas'.. Had so much fun there... Bought her a Madeline & Blueberry cheese cake, just a small size, tiny piece and over a dollar each. But seeing her savour the cake, i guess it is worth the $$....

Irisa 1st Bday Celebration

Irisa turns 1 Year Old

Wow, time flies. Irisa is finally 1 year old now... I can finally count her age in years, not months.. Hurray!!! Just celebrated Irisa Bday in SAF Changi Seaview Chalet, with the helpful effort from Uncle Kenneth & Great Uncle Charles, who helped to book and ballot for the chalet.. Thanks...

With special thanks to Uncle Kenneth, Auntie Jas & Auntie Gillian who helped me out in decorating the chalet, ferry the cakes,checking in and helping out to move things to the chalet.. If not, the party would not be able to start on time.. Thanks for the dear help offered.... Irisa appreciate that... So do me and Dala..

Irisa had chance to receive all the well wishes from all the Uncles & Aunties who attended the Bday Bash and not forgetting all the little friends.. Esp Auntie Regina's son, Lucas, who gave her not 1, not 2 but 3 Birthday Kisses on her cheeks... hahahaha.. Do we see some sparks or chemistry there?

Irisa spent the remaining few days at the chalet, swimming (actually playing with water) in her own private pool... Nice fun.... Went cycling, went to the Changi Beach for stroll....

For those who didnt manage to see Irisa Growing up Video on her Bday Bash, I will try to load up her... Onceagain, thanks for the generous hong baos n pressie!!

Irisa Big Day in 2 day's time..

She is turning 1 Year Old soon.. Just a few days ago, she decide to take more than 1 unsupported steps. But before she walks, you must clap, encourage and make her walk to you.. (Give her a bit of extended hands so that she will walk towards you)

Can't imagine that Irisa is turning 1 year old in 2 days time. Her first year of development was smooth and happy. I hope she stays happy always and be our little angel forever...
