First Family Trip

March 12 - 17 2010
Our first trip to overseas together, with our dearest princess.... Miss those times there though it was really tiring.. Heartpain to see her go thru the cold with us on some days and also her gobbling on her milk breads or cereal whenever we are on the move during her meal times.. But so far, she proven me wrong, in showing that she can really travel.. She slept thru half the flight on the way to Taiwan.. But coming back home, i guess she was tired thus she was a bit grouchy and wanted a lot of attention.. But nevertheless, it was fun with her on this trip.. And of cos, not forgetting my father & uncles & aunties as well as my cousin who tried to help with our backpack, jackets and also in carrying Irisa.. Many thanks...
This trip, Irisa learnt a lot of things...
Better in imitating skills, esp from 2nd Lao-yi laughter...
Better in walking on her own, despite her fall due to her arrogance walk with her hands at her back
Can pose better in pics, doing the 'CHEESE'
Can say 'shoes'
Can point to what she wan to buy, esp shoes and then she will start to take out her shoes
Another thing, spotted another 2 top teeth coming out when we are back from this trip
Day 1 - In Changi Airport, having breakfast...
Taiwan Taoyuan Airport, waiting for our transfer
Day 2 - Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial Hall

At the Mala Hotpot Restaurant for lunchie...

At Jiufen shopping, despite the rain..

Happy to be back in the hotel
Day 3 - At Longshan Temple

Day 4 - Having dim sum

At Taipei 101. Unfortunately we didnt went up... The weather wasnt that good, cloudy on top and the group also not keen... Another time... Can u see her wonderful smile... I guess she is enjoying herself on this trip...

At Suzette Crepes (New York New York Shopping Mall), waiting for our order.. The best is the Bacon + Egg Crepe.. Yummy til I forgot to take a shot.... hahaha... =)

Q-ing up for the famous Bo-luo Buns at RaoHe Night Market.. Drizzling but we still Q for it.. Bought a total of 14 buns (bing huo bo luo bao)

Day 5 - Around Xi Mend Ding..
After that, we went to Tapei City Hall Station, walked around the Metro Mall
Evening, we went back to Shilin Night Market which we failed to explore on Day 2 due to the heavy rain.. Wow, great place to shop.. Spent almost 3.5hrs but cant cover the whole market...
1 of the restaurant selling some western food at the Metro Mall... Super cheap, food ok and not bad... only cost 170NT for a set meal of main course (baked rice or noodle soup) + pork cutlet + soup + free flow of tea... Tat cost less then $10SGD.... Where to find..? And irisa enjoyed the seafood baked rice with mummy...

At Shilin Night Market.. Wow.. I bought a lot of stuff from there... I wan to go there again!!!

Day 6 - Taiwan Taoyuan Airport
Behind is the model for Eva Airlines & China Airlines...
